Nagabhushana, a Kannada actor, is currently managing two aspects of his career - one as a leading actor and the other as a character or supporting actor. Starting out in the Kannada film industry was not easy, with minimal opportunities available. Nagabhushana mentions that he accepted whatever small roles came his way and gave them his best effort to showcase his talent.

He emphasizes the importance of a film's success in the industry. The turning point in his career arrived with the success of two films - "Ikkat" where he played the lead role, and "Badava Rascal" where he portrayed an interesting character. These hits paved the way for more opportunities. Nagabhushana points out that even exceptional acting may not be enough if the film does not fare well commercially.

Reflecting on his recent accomplishments, Nagabhushana highlights his involvement in three hit films from the previous year - "Daredevil Musthafa," "Kousalya Supraja Rama," and "Tagaru Palya." These successes boosted his confidence as an actor, whether in a supporting role or as the lead.

When deciding his audience's perception of him, Nagabhushana opted to be seen as an actor who excels in comedy rather than just a comedian. He values the opportunity to add his personal touch to roles by infusing natural delivery into the dialogues. While some directors prefer precise adherence to the script, Nagabhushana finds a balance between following instructions and adding his unique flair for a more authentic portrayal.I have not only worked in the film industry for myself or for others. It is crucial to recognize when to act and when not to. For example, in the movie Badava Rascal, I played a character that only required me to be myself; whereas in Ikkat, the role called for more exaggerated acting. Currently, my focus is on my upcoming film, Vidyapati, where I am the lead once again. This project holds great significance for me as it is a high-budget production with heavy responsibilities on my shoulders. Despite feeling anxious about it, I am confident in the story and believe that it will captivate the audience with its surprises. Additionally, I have a supporting role in the film Anna From Mexico, which will showcase a different side of my acting abilities. I have been incredibly busy lately, and I am appreciative of it. After getting married earlier this year, my priorities have shifted, and now I rush home right after work knowing that someone is eagerly waiting for me.
